The team has provided services related to policy and regulatory design, institutional strengthening, outcome-based budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, change management and program management.Position 1 : Public-Private Partnership (PPP) ConsultantRequirements:MBA / MTech or equivalentMinimum of 12 years of work experienceExperience in financial modelling, feasibility assessment, and structuring of PPP projects.Experience in engaging with concessionaires for at least 5 PPP projects, preferably for tourism or infrastructure sectors.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to be a team player.Proficiency in quantitative technical analysis.Advanced knowledge of PPP contractual structures and commercial principles.Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

fluency in Kannada is aplus.Position 2 : Finance ConsultantRequirements:MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalentMinimum of 8 years of work experienceAt least 4 years’ experience in financial modellingExperience of undertaking feasibility assessment for at least 5 infrastructure projectsExperience in undertaking financial analysis of at least 3 PPP projects.Experience in financial modelling and feasibility assessment for Infrastructure / PPP projects.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to be a team player.Proficiency in quantitative technical analysis.Advanced knowledge of PPP contractual structures and commercial principles.Experience with preparation of policy / vision / strategy is a plus.Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

fluency in Kannada is aplus.Position 3 : Procurement ExpertRequirements:Post Graduate Degree in Law / Engineering / Planning / Construction Technology / Construction Management / MBA or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of work experience.At least 2 years of experience in providing consultancy services with Government clients (Government of India / State Governments / PSUs).Should have undertaken Bid Process Management (BPM) services for at least 3 infrastructure Projects under PPP mode. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to be a team player.Proficiency in quantitative technical analysis.Advanced knowledge of PPP contractual structures and commercial principles.Experience with preparation of policy / vision / strategy is a plus.Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
