Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Project Management

In this role, we are seeking candidates with relevant experience in creating and managing Solution Requirements for multiple analytic offerings across various Service Lines in different vertical industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in application development, working with data science projects, as well as experience in delivering AIML services. The candidate will help articulate the differentiated value proposition of these offerings, shape the Intellectual Property needs for each offering, and work closely with the respective Practice team managing each offering. They will also be responsible for developing a multi-year offering roadmap, defining release cycles, and tracking progress. Liaising with partner organizations and other Genpact teams will be essential. Optional qualifications include stakeholder interaction, supporting project proposals, SOW, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

·Continuously communicate with all key stakeholders to create a shared Vision and understanding of the Product Management function's activities

·Understand Clients' Needs & Business Imperatives, and help articulate how to use Analytics and Genpact offerings strategically to drive those imperatives

·Devise, lead, and manage the definition of analytics offerings across multiple service lines

·Design and implement AIML/Generative AI solutions to enhance analytic offerings and address specific business challenges

·Collaborate with data science and AIML teams to optimize and scale AIML/Generative AI solutions for various industries and use-cases

·Manage the participation of practice, delivery, marketing, and communications teams in the development and promotion of offerings

·Ensure the collateralization of offerings – creating repeatable offerings, supported by collateral (IP, Marketing, Sales, etc.)

·Oversee and manage project managers, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliveries

·Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables

·Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and efficiently across projects

·Provide guidance and support to project managers and delivery team in resolving any project-related challenges. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging project managers to identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices

·Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes and to identify opportunities for further collaboration

·Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and incorporate them into product strategies and offerings as appropriate

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

·Post-Graduation in MBA and Undergraduate degree in any engineering discipline, preferably Computer Science with relevant experience

·Scrum Certification

·PMI Certification

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·Experience in AIML application development or working with data science projects

·Experience in delivering AIML services integrating with other applications

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·Relevant years of experience in Technical Product Management with experience managing Data Science/AI/ML products/applications or platforms.

·Experience with Generative AI technologies, including an understanding of its applications, algorithms, and limitations

·Creative and Innovative approach to problem-solving, in the use of process, technology, and analytics to solve business problems

·Strategic thinking to apply a broad knowledge base and provoke offering teams' thinking beyond narrow solution parameters

·Strong detail orientation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality specifications
