Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager at Propcare located in Gurugram. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, coordinating with service providers, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Facilities Manager will also handle tenant communications, address concerns and complaints, and oversee property improvements and renovations.

Qualifications

  • Facilities Management, Property Management, and Maintenance skills
  • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using property management software and tools
