Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional from the Real Estate industry to lead Facilities & Project Management for our corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in real estate project management, property acquisition, lease negotiations, vendor management, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate and acquire properties considering zoning, compliance, and future growth.
  • Manage lease agreements, contracts, and regulatory processes.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, budgets, and detailed project schedules.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, services, and vendor performance.
  • Liaise with landlords, brokers, legal teams, and government authorities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks (construction delays, cost overruns, compliance issues).
  • Implement quality control to meet corporate standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Project Management (Corporate Real Estate background preferred)..
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and presentation skills.

Industry Preference:

Real Estate / Corporate Real Estate

Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related fields).
