**Job Title: Facility Executive**
**Department: Administration / Facilities Management**
**Location: Gurugram**

**Salary - 25k to 30k in hand per month**
**Job Summary-**
**Key Responsibilities-**
**1. Facility Maintenance & Operations**
- Oversee the smooth and uninterrupted operation of all facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance activities carried out by external vendors and service providers.
**2. Health, Safety & Statutory Compliance**
- Ensure that all facility operations are compliant with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain and monitor essential safety infrastructure such as fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency exits, and evacuation procedures.
- Organize and execute regular safety audits, training, and emergency drills.
**3. Vendor & Contractor Management**
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers including cleaning, security, maintenance, and catering vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely renewals, invoicing, and compliance with contractual terms.
**4. Space Planning & Office Infrastructure**
- Assist in space allocation, seating plans, and workstation setup in coordination with relevant departments.
- Support office relocation, renovation, and expansion projects as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetics across the facility.
**5. Budgeting & Cost Control**
- Assist in preparing the annual facilities budget covering operations, maintenance, and capital expenditures.
- Monitor and report on energy consumption and operational expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
**6. Asset & Inventory Management**
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all facility-related assets, tools, and consumables.
- Track asset usage, schedule timely repairs or replacements, and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
**7. Administrative Support & Documentation**
- Oversee front desk operations, visitor management systems, and internal mail handling.
- Serve as the point of contact for facility-related requests and issues raised by employees or departments.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including AMC contracts, service reports, compliance certificates, and maintenance logs.
**Required Qualifications & Skills: -**
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in facility executive or administration management roles.
- In-depth understanding of building systems, equipment, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage vendors and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
