Job Description: Facility Executive - Technical
Property Operations
- Overseeing the daily activities of Technical services division
- Devising StandardOperating Proceduresforthe key activities at the site.
- Regularmonitoring of the daily checklists/logbooksthrough the QR Code - Dashboard.
- Conducting periodic inspections at the site to determine if the services are adequate and efficient.
- Regular reviews of safety and security equipment and procedures.
- Implementation of maintenance schedules for technical, conducting periodic inspections.
- Prepare and ensure adherence of planned preventive maintenance schedules for all critical
equipment.
- Vendor Management - (a) driving the vendor selection process and AMC negotiations with OEMs
for all equipment installed at the site.
(b) Maintaining Vendor performance scorecard.
(c) Conducting periodical review meetings with all vendors.
(d) Oversee all AMC related activities at the site, ensure that all AMC vendors execute
maintenance work asset out in their schedules.
(e) Conduct critical spare audit for all vendors to make sure they are maintaining the inventory at
their end as a part of the AMC SLA.
(f) Statutory compliance checks.
- Guide the team to improve overall technical infrastructure, equipment health, and implement
multiple initiatives in the area of energy conservation and sustainability.
- Implementation of Environment, Health and Safety practices at the site in accordance to the
defined standards and guidelines
- Monitoring it by conducting regular audits/drills.
- Cost optimization at the site by implementing best practices and utilization of
resources/equipment in the most optimum and energy efficient manner.
- Regular upgradation of knowledge for the team by organizing different training programs in collaboration with the SILA - training team as well as the vendors.
- SILA Connect - updation of attendance on the tool on a daily basis for smooth billing and payroll
process.
- Monthly reporting on all facility operations - preparation of a monthly management report or
any additional report as required by the client.
Reporting
- Prepare Daily progress reports, monthly management reports and any additional report as
required by the management or the client.
- Referring to SILA Connect - Peak scale reports to ensure closure of any open points with regards
to the site.
- POC for sharing the attendance, ensuring that the bills are timely raised and regular payment
follow-ups are being done with the client.
- POC for any issues/queries with regards to the wages of the staff.
Qualifications needed:
Graduate OR Equivalent in similar discipline
Reporting Structure:
Operations Manager - Technical
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
