Job Description Position: Assistant Facility Manager (Technical) Location: Gurgaon & Noida Reports To: City Lead Industry Exposure: Facility Management, Real Estate, CoWorking Education: Graduate with an Engineering background in Electrical or Manufacturing Experience: 8 Years CTC Budget: 10 LPA Role & Responsibilities - Daily facility workaround checklist - Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc. - Daily Briefing Facility Engineer about Planned activities and major Building compliance - Check all technical reports daily. Weekly Report. - Coordinating with the Vendors - Month-end checking consumable stock and raising an indent. - Prepare a material snag list every month and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations. - Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar - Ensuring end-to-end services under facility managemen Skillset Required - Strong knowledge of property operations - The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations. - Solid background in team management. - To ensure the smooth functioning of the facility operations. - To work within approved budgets.
