Job Description Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of their product portfolio and the competitive landscape. Analyze deployments across industries and identify best practices and use cases relevant to prospects. Proactively research customers' businesses, digital transformation trends, and present thought leadership on how the platform addresses their challenges. Stay current with enterprise software trends and technologies that create opportunities for Digital Adoption Platforms. Collaborate with Account Executives during discovery calls, prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Manage and execute on-site or remote solution demos, representing the product at conferences and events. Evangelize the platform to prospects, customers, and partners through persuasive presentations and demos. Assist with responding to RFIs/RFPs, providing functional and technical input alongside sales and technical teams. Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product Management. Support sales executives in planning and executing complex deals, including discovery, value assessment, and objection handling. Liaise effectively with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consultative expertise for customers. Build strong confidence with customers by communicating clearly across teams. The Successful Applicant 4 to 8 years in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting roles within enterprise software companies. Experience working with industries such as Insurance, Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft), HR systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP), and similar enterprise applications. Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to listen, understand needs, and shape tailored solutions. Strong ability to explain complex software concepts clearly and persuasively. Deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS and high-performance software environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
