We’re looking for an experienced Regional Head, Student Recruitment (Multi-Division Agent Channel) to lead our agent network across West, Central & East India, representing multiple Navitas divisions. This is a strategic and relationship-driven leadership role focused on building high-performing agent partnerships, improving recruitment quality, and driving measurable ROI across the region. What you’ll do: Lead and execute the multi-division agent channel strategy for your region. Strengthen relationships with top-tier agency owners and networks. Drive forecasting, data accuracy, and pipeline growth across all divisions. Oversee regional co-marketing, events, and budgets to ensure strong ROI. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to guide strategy. What you’ll bring: – years’ experience in international education or channel management. Proven ability to lead agent strategies across multiple products or markets. Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience with CRM systems (, Salesforce).
