Key Responsibilities:

As the Martech & Analytics Leader

, your responsibility would be to shape our client company's marketing technology and data strategy. You would lead their martech stack, drive data-driven decisions, and innovate their client's digital marketing efforts., Other areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Martech strategy.Foster a data-driven culture, enabling strategic decision-making.Manage and mentor a team of Martech & Analytics professionals.Stay updated on martech trends, evaluating emerging technologies.Collaborate with agency leaders for integrated marketing campaigns.Maintain reporting dashboards, track campaign performance.Conduct data analysis for insights and client growth opportunities.Ensure data quality and security across marketing platforms.Contribute to new business development showcasing martech expertise.

Experience & competencies required:

12+ years experience in marketing technology and analytics.Proven success in fast-paced agency environments.Expertise in leading and managing Martech implementations.Strong understanding of data analytics principles.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities.Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.Experience with marketing automation platforms.Passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
