Amp Energy India is looking for someone who specializes in Land Acquisition, for our Solar, Wind and Hybrid projects in Chhattisgarh, Orissa, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Assam.
How you will contribute:
You will be responsible for ensuring land registration, identification, due diligence, obtaining clearances and approvals for states like Chhattisgarh, Orissa, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Assam.
Looking after Land related liasoning and closures with Land Registration and Contouring along with Land related commercials, inspection of ownership and due diligence for the above mentioned states
Handling Government Agencies, Land Aggregators, Arbitration and land related litigation as required.
You will be responsible for CLU (Change of land use); Title search, Forest land/Agricultural land conversion to industrial land for Solar Power Project and document submission to PD/ Project Finance
Ideal Skills for this role include:
12+ years of experience in land acquisition and related matters, with demonstrated ability of land closures in large land parcels.
Graduate in law or any other
Should be well versed with commercial terms and terminologies, payment process, legal verification of documents and ownership and due diligence in all related matters pertaining to land.
Background in Solar / Renewable sector with high understanding of Land Regulations and land affairs/ land laws will be preferred.
good understanding of and be compliant with provisions of Indian anti-bribery laws and the FCPA Act of USA
good understanding on the Macro environment of the Power sector.
good understanding of the Renewable sector especially on Solar.
Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues.
Good record keeping and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
Good communication skills
Identifies, collects, and analyse the information needed to solve a problem effectively.
