Job Overview Shrinithi Insurance Broking is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales opportunities and developing strong relationships with our clients. Familiarity with B2B sales, a mandatory skill for this role, is expected. Qualifications and Skills Mastery of B2B sales is mandatory, ensuring the ability to effectively manage business-to-business relationships. Proficient in CRM software to manage customer relationships and streamline sales operations efficiently. Competent in using Salesforce for customer data management, tracking sales activities, and generating reports. Strong negotiation strategies to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients in sales engagements. Data-driven sales analysis skills to interpret market data and apply insights to improve sales strategies. Experience in account management to oversee and nurture existing client relationships effectively. Excellent customer relationship management skills to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty. Capable team leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team towards achieving common goals and objectives. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations. Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth of business opportunities. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to monitor sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Lead negotiations to close deals and ensure contract terms are favorable and align with company policies. Collaborate with the sales team to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in sales processes. Represent Shrinithi Insurance Broking at industry events and conferences to enhance company visibility and reputation.
