Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Visit doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals regularly to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and decision-makers. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management. - Provide product information, demonstrations, and answer queries to healthcare professionals. - Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support marketing strategies. - Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and materials. - Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer visits, and reports using CRM tools. - Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in pharmaceutical sales. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or related field preferred. - Diploma in Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales is an advantage. - Prior experience (1-3 years) in pharmaceutical field sales preferred but freshers with relevant educational background can also apply. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer orientation and ability to build lasting professional relationships. - Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive approach. - Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, healthcare industry, and medical terminology. - Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
