Functional Skills Required:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, articulating the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through active listening and effective communication.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address those needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document and track lead interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Must Have Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cold calling, email writing and reach out knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.

Good to have skills:

  • Preferred proven SaaS or Technology Sales Knowledge/Experience , in the B2B / B2C market context.
  • Foundation-level knowledge of cloud concepts, market leaders, and industry trends
  • Understanding of tools & platforms like Zoom info , Discover.org , Sales Navigator , Lusha is a plus.
