YOURCHALLENGES IMPRESSIVEThe mainpurpose of this role as Data Center Services Manager / CriticalFacility Services Manager is to manage our Data Center technicallyand to ensure 24/7 Operations as well as a proper delivery of ourcontracted technical services to the client on the agreed site interms of quality health & safety andfinance.Your keyresponsibilities indetail:Provideleadership and that contractual commitments are met andexceededEnsure that opportunities for thestrategic development of the contract are explored to deliverincreased turnover and profitability ensure additional services andprojects are added and contracts are rewon onretenderEnsure the provision of healthy andsafe working conditions and that both clients and Company healthand safety policy and process iseffectivelyimplemented across both our teams services and subcontractorsactivities and are regularly reviewEnsurecontracts are staffed by fully competent teams ensuring postholders are fully competent and that effective successionplanningarrangements are inplaceEnsure appropriate control systems toensure statutory policy and contractual commitments aremetEnsuring a customer focus within all areasof operational activities and that effective relationships aremaintained with key client contactsProvisionof leadership and guidance advice coaching and direct support whererequired to deliver best practice selection training assessment andrecognition/rewardDelivering effectivebusiness communication through advice review leadership and directcontribution to management and team meetings briefings consultationforums correspondence publicity monthly and adhoc reporting andother publications asappropriateYourSupervisory Responsibilities indetail:Providesformal supervision to individual employees within single functionalor operational areaRecommends staffrecruitment selection promotion advancement corrective action andterminationPlans and monitors appropriatestaffing levels and utilization of labor includingovertimePrepares and delivers performanceappraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to furtherdevelop competenciesLeads by example andmodels behaviors that are consistent with the companysvaluesRequirements
YOURPROFILEProven trackrecord in a management role which has included responsibility forservice culture people and businessgrowthPrevious experience in criticalenvironments and/or data centre environments and one or more of thefollowing: M&E facilities management projects buildingservicesStout experience in dealing with arange of people from junior to senior level including siteemployees suppliers and customersEnthused by afast paced high growth environment with the affinity to work in amatrix organisationResults focused with thedrive to grow the businessRelevant technicaldegree as Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or Electrical Engineer(m/f/d) or equivalentGood understanding ofelectrical maintenance necessaryCommercialawareness / Business acumen should beselfexplanatoryAbility to understandcommercial and financial metrics is necessary incl. goodorganization skills and an eye fordetailsExperience in internal and externalclient managementHighly developedinterpersonal and communicationskillsApplicants (m/f/d) should be highlymotivated and selfconfidentHigh degree ofintegrity and sincerityExcellent presentationskills written verbal and presentationBusinessfluency inEnglishBenefits
