JobDescription:The SupplierDiversity Analyst will support the tracking measurement reportingand organization of Clients Supplier Diversity Program dataaccording to the companys policy to include diverse and smallbusinesses in the supply chain process as well as assisting thesebusinesses in their development.Key dutiesinclude managing workflows that synthesize wideranging supplierdata from multiple sources and analyzing key performance indicatorsmetrics and program performance.

Additionally the candidate will support other concurrentprogram initiatives including market research data validation andad hoc project execution. The candidate pays attention to detailsand quality control. The ideal candidate has a genuine passionabout diversity is curious with excellent problemsolving skills anda track record of providing insights and recommendations. Thecandidate is expected to be a valuable contributor and report tothe Global Supplier Diversity Leader.

Key Roles &Responsibilities:Perform /oversee Supplier Diversity spend analysis data mining programforecasting and ad hoc reportingSupportdiversity classification identification and maintenance to ensuredata accuracy auditability and integrityCollect track and report metrics to ensure the programgoals are metMonitor and analyze trendsbenchmark data and report both corporate and industry impacts in atimely mannerProvide consolidated reports ofspend with diverse suppliersCreate dashboardsand analyze the diversity spend and other data across theenterpriseCompilation of reports intopresentations used internally and externallyOrganize / analyze data sets from ERP system inhouseknowledge management systems and external organizationsConduct compliance reporting for supplier diversityregulatory requirements (e.g. federal state and localreporting)Conduct external benchmarkingcovering emerging and best practices for review with management ona periodic basisResearch and maintainindustry knowledge; identify and monitor trendsProvide ongoing support to Global Supplier DiversityLeader as requestedOther duties asassigned

Physical/Mental Demands And WorkingConditions

Requires the ability to perform the essential duties andresponsibilities in the following environment:Occasional long irregular hoursOperating in a fastpaced professional officeenvironmentUse of a PC computer terminaland/or telephone over 4 hours a dayRemotework environment with reliable network connectivity

Education Experience &Skill Requirements

Minimum Requirements:23 years of operational finance supply chain orother relevant experienceIntermediate toadvanced Excel skills (e.g. advanced formulas pivot tables datavalidation)Must be comfortable working withquantitative and qualitative data sets (e.g. financial savingsanalyses).Strong data analytics organizationand data visualization skillsSelfstarter withthe ability to work with remote teamsStrongwritten and verbal skills in a multidisciplinaryenvironmentVery detailed orientedexpert level Excel skills SAP and/or Tableau experience.Power BI. Desirable experience with Coupa platform is highlydesirable. Also as this will be a supplier diversity projectexperience with supplier diversity is also HIGHLYdesirable

Preferred Qualifications:College degree and/or experienceExperience with strategic sourcing methodology andsupplier contractingExperience with SupplierDiversity contractingCertified ProfessionalIn Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Professional in SupplierDiversity (CPSD)Knowledge of ConsumerPackaged Goods IndustryPrevious experiencewith or insights applicable to spend categories
