Position Overview


The Technical Workforce Talent Acquisition Executive (TA Executive) will be responsible for executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top technical talent to Techeo. This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong technical recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates. The TA Executive will work closely with the TA Manager and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry networks, to identify and attract top technical talent.
  • Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the TA Manager to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Employer Branding: Promote Techeo’s employer brand by highlighting our unique value proposition and company culture to potential candidates.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that diversity and inclusion principles are integrated into the recruitment process, building a diverse and inclusive workforce.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the technology industry.
  • Recruitment Skills: Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. Ability to effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
