If so, we've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our talent acquisition team at NCG in
Bangalore

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll be the face of NCG, engaging with potential
candidates through video calls and in-person meetings. Your mission? To find the
perfect fit for our various projects and help us grow our incredible team.

Talent acquisition Executive Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting video and in-person interviews with potential candidates
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and providing them with a fantastic
    experience
  • Collaborating with project managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Utilizing your expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship
    Management (CRM) tools to streamline the recruitment process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Contributing to a positive and vibrant work environment with your fellow young colleagues

Requirements


What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Natural ability to engage with people and build rapport
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM tools (we'll provide training if needed)
  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (bonus points for additional language skills)
