  • • Preparing and sending quotations.
  • • Following up on sales enquiries and outstanding orders.
  • • Data entry into order management systems & accountancy software (training provided).
  • • Liaising with suppliers regarding orders and new enquiries.
  • • Coordinating and assigning tasks for other remote employees.
  • • Monitoring orders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • • Supporting the UK operations team with administrative and organisational tasks.


  • • Preparing digital documents, sample pack requests, and fulfilment support.

  • • Strong written and spoken English (essential for email and client communication).
  • • Excellent customer service skills with a helpful and professional manner.
  • • Fast and proficient Windows-based computer skills.
  • • Strong web browser skills (tabs, multiple windows, downloads, uploads).
  • • Methodical, tidy, and organised way of working.
  • • Confidence to communicate with clients and suppliers internationally.
  • Favourable experience:
  • • Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets/Excel).
  • • Adobe software.
  • • Experience in e-commerce or customer service roles
