Position Sales Operation Executive: Sales Operation
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 5 + years relevant experience
Location: New Delhi - 5 Days WFO
Reporting to Asst. Manager Sales Ops
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Maintenance: Coordinating with Channel partners to collect the DATA and ensure the timely availability of sales information
- Data Accuracy : Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all sales-related data in the system.
- Review & Monitoring : Maintain trackers for secondary sales to monitor the Closing stock of Channel partners.
- Coordination : Liaise with the sales team/channel partners and other departments to gather information and provide necessary support.
- Process Improvement : Suggest and implement process improvements for sales tracking and reporting to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.
- Microsoft Excel & SQL Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formula usage and creating dashboards. SQL query write & edit capabilities is important to manage the Secondary Sales Tools.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sales and management teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to data and reporting.
