Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our courses and services.
• Engage with leads generated through various channels and convert them into enrolments.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and enrolled students.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development (EdTech experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional Indian languages is a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools.
• Availability to work in flexible shifts if required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of sales or telesales experience (freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered).
