What Youll Do
As our Pre-Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving SafEarth's growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales cycle with research, insights, and client interactions.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Generate new leads through outreach, and networking
- Engage with potential clients to qualify interest and needs
- Line up meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects
Market Research & Prospecting
- Research prospective customers, industries, and opportunities
- Study market trends to identify potential growth segments
Client Meetings & Collaboration
- Support the sales team during customer meetings and presentations
- Lead Internal Processes and communications to meet client deliverables
- Share insights with marketing and operations teams to improve targeting
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (additional languages a plus)
- Proven ability to work well in a team
- Keenness to Learn
Preferred
- Engineering or Marketing graduates
- Prior sales experience with solar EPC/Developer companies (India and/or abroad)
- Strong technical knowledge of solar project execution processes
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled energy services
- Knowledge of energy procurement or carbon offset solutions
- Familiarity with industrial client procurement processes
