What Youll Do

As our Pre-Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving SafEarth's growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales cycle with research, insights, and client interactions.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Generate new leads through outreach, and networking
  • Engage with potential clients to qualify interest and needs
  • Line up meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects

Market Research & Prospecting

  • Research prospective customers, industries, and opportunities
  • Study market trends to identify potential growth segments

Client Meetings & Collaboration

  • Support the sales team during customer meetings and presentations
  • Lead Internal Processes and communications to meet client deliverables
  • Share insights with marketing and operations teams to improve targeting

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (additional languages a plus)
  • Proven ability to work well in a team
  • Keenness to Learn

Preferred

  • Engineering or Marketing graduates
  • Prior sales experience with solar EPC/Developer companies (India and/or abroad)
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar project execution processes

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled energy services
  • Knowledge of energy procurement or carbon offset solutions
  • Familiarity with industrial client procurement processes
