About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Pre sales Manager (Female) who can handle pre-sales calls, research new leads, and coordinate closely with the sales team. The role requires good communication skills, product understanding, and the ability to generate quality leads through both calling and online research.

Key Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.

  • Understand customer needs and share product details clearly.
  • Research and dig out potential leads from internet sources, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the sales manager for lead handover and status updates.
  • Build good relationships with clients through polite and professional communication.

Requirements:

Female candidate with 3+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or pre-sales.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience in lead research / data digging from internet, LinkedIn, and company databases.
  • Confident, polite, and self-motivated personality.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, LinkedIn, CRM, email, etc.).
