You will be responsible for expanding the company's property listings and working with internal teams to meet the business goals.


### *Key Responsibilities*:

- Develop and implement a property acquisition strategy to increase the number of short-term rental properties listed with the company.

- Identify and establish relationships with property owners, landlords, real estate agents, and property management firms.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for property acquisitions.

- *Online*: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to find innovative ways to reach property owners through digital platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns, online property listing platforms).

- *Offline*: Work with brokers, mediators, and facility management companies to penetrate new markets and increase the number of property acquisitions.

- Negotiate and close property acquisition deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and property owners.

- Use both online and offline methods to source new property opportunities and achieve growth targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align property acquisition goals with company objectives.

- Monitor the real estate market, competitor activity, and trends to identify new acquisition opportunities.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential property acquisitions, ensuring consistent growth in the property portfolio.

- Experience in both online and offline property sourcing and acquisition techniques.

 - *Online*: Proven experience working with digital marketing teams to reach property owners through digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and online listing platforms.

 - *Offline*: Ability to work with brokers, mediators, and facility management companies to secure properties through traditional methods and relationships.

- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and identify profitable property opportunities.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement property acquisition strategies that align with business growth objectives.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.

- Proficiency in CRM software and tools to manage acquisition pipelines and track performance metrics.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to property acquisitions and rentals.
