Job Descriptions:

- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or a related field. A background in sales would be an advantage.- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in technical or industrial sales.- Understanding of the pharma tooling engineering products and how they are used in various industries.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.- Provide information regarding products, services, and order status.- Assist customers with troubleshooting, complaints, and issues related to product functionality or service delivery.- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the quality of products and services.- Report recurring customer issues to the management team for further analysis and resolution- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.- Assist the team in resolving any customer-related issues during the sales process.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their issues or concerns.- Ensure customer retention by providing ongoing support and building strong relationships
