Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Regional Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Senior Regional Sales Manager will manage and lead the regional sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, coordinating with the marketing team, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves frequent travel within the assigned region to engage with clients and prospects.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the UAV, AI, Robotics, or GIS industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
