Role Overview
The Associate – Sales will be responsible for overseeing contract renewals, identifying client growth opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring solid sales experience, cyber security domain knowledge, and outstanding communication skills to deliver business growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract renewals for existing clients in line with company targets.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity solutions.
Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service levels.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer success, finance) to ensure seamless contract execution.
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Actively listen to client needs, provide consultative solutions, and position our portfolio strategically.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings as well as industry trends.
Support US and Europe sales leadership with reporting and account insights.
Deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and renewal documentation.
Work flexible shifts as per global business schedules.
Required Skills & Competencies
5+ years of proven sales experience with at least 2 years handling renewals or account management.
Cybersecurity industry experience is mandatory.
Excellence in English communication – verbal and written; ability to influence and engage decision-makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a client-facing environment.
Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
Strong customer service mindset with a team-oriented outlook.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is an advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus.
