Associate Sales (Renewals & Upselling)Department: Sales & Customer SuccessReports to: Team Lead / Manager SalesShift Time: US shiftRole OverviewThe Associate – Sales will be responsible for overseeing contract renewals, identifying client growth opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring solid sales experience, cyber security domain knowledge, and outstanding communication skills to deliver business growth and customer success.Key Responsibilities- Manage contract renewals for existing clients in line with company targets. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity solutions. - Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service levels. - Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer success, finance) to ensure seamless contract execution. - Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools. - Actively listen to client needs, provide consultative solutions, and position our portfolio strategically. - Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings as well as industry trends. - Support US and Europe sales leadership with reporting and account insights. - Deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and renewal documentation. - Work flexible shifts as per global business schedules.Required Skills & Competencies- 5+ years of proven sales experience with at least 2 years handling renewals or account management. - Cybersecurity industry experience is mandatory. - Excellence in English communication – verbal and written; ability to influence and engage decision-makers. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a client-facing environment. - Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities. - Strong customer service mindset with a team-oriented outlook. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is an advantage.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. - MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus. - Experience working with international customer / clientsWhat We Offer- Opportunity to be part of a leading global cybersecurity organization. - Exposure to global accounts across the US, Europe, and other international regions. - Career growth and skill development in a fast-evolving industry. - Collaborative and inclusive work culture with a focus on innovation and client success.
