Our propriety software andrelated technologies ensure HIPAA compliancy with cloud access. Wehave established HIPAAcompliant Clinicus an artificial intelligence(AI) bot that monitors patients 24/7 and ensures fast response intheir care management program. Clinicas watches each patientsvitals and alerts our licensed team when a patients programprogress or vitals are varying. Our team will then quickly contactthe patient to discuss the change. If needed we will schedule aphysicians appointment Responsibilities:
  • Develop and ImplementCyber Security Policies: Lead the development andimplementation of comprehensive cyber security policies andprocedures aligned with industry standards and regulatoryrequirements.
  • GovernanceFramework: Define principles policies standards andgovernance covering Cloud DevOps Corporate network connectivitytooling ways of working application security standards static anddynamic code review monitoring mapping governance and complianceframeworks and controls to technical implementation shiftinghardening processes as far left as possible
  • ComplianceManagement: Monitor and enforce compliance withcyber security regulations standards and contractual requirements.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps andrecommend corrective actions.
  • Risk Management: Assess cyber security risks and develop strategies to mitigatepotential threats. Provide guidance on risk assessmentmethodologies and risk treatment plans.
  • InfrastructureSecurity : Involved in evaluating recommendingimplementing and solving problems and evaluating IT security ofInfrastructure systems related to data privacy & protectionsolutions.
  • IncidentResponse: Develop and maintain incident responseplans and procedures. Coordinate responses to cyber securityincidents including investigation containment and recovery efforts.
  • Security AwarenessTraining: Develop and deliver cyber securityawareness training programs for employees at all levels of theorganization.
  • StakeholderEngagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholdersincluding IT legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment ofcyber security initiatives with organizational goals andobjectives.
  • CloudSecurity : Define Cloud Security Architecturepatterns and design principles. Work with Product Development andTechnical Support functions to ensure that cloud solutions aresecure and align with enterprise security policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Security or a related field. Advanced degree orprofessional certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CRISC) preferred.
  • Atleast 7 10 years of experience over all
  • Proven experience in cyber security governancerisk management and compliance.
  • Experienceplanning researching and developing security policies standards andprocedures.
  • Security compliance and regulatoryexperience in a public cloud environment.
  • Solid understanding of security protocolscryptography authentication authorization and network securityimplementations.
  • Strong understanding ofrelevant regulations and standards (e.g. HIPAA GDPR ISO 27001 NISTCybersecurity Framework).
  • Familiarity withcommon attack techniques and their remediation including DoS DDoSSocial engineering Virus Malware Vulnerability exploitationPhishing Worms Trojans Rootkits Ransomware XSS SQL Injection RemoteCommand Execution Session Hijacking.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
  • Demonstrated leadershipcapabilities with the ability to lead and influence crossfunctionalteams.
  • Experience with security assessment andaudit methodologies tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and managemultiple projects simultaneously.
