Purpose of Role

Research, design and develop standard and adhoc reports, templates, Dashboards, Scorecards and Metrics for markets utilizing appropriate tools and system. Trouble shoot data and reports. The person in this role will be dedicated to customer service and resolving reporting queries with a high degree of quality and accuracy. They will also demonstrate good judgement to interpret the customers’ need and appropriate response. The reporting Specialist will have specialist knowledge and will manage cases end to end to resolution.

finding solutions and embedding smart results to drive continuous improvement

share ideas and solutions with senior stakeholders allowing them to build their knowledge and reputation.

building strong relationships within the markets globally and all stakeholders will create diversity and further stretch in the role.

Top Accountabilities

Delivers service to agreed performance levels and beyond. SLA targets relate to: Speed to close queries, Data Accuracy and Customer Satisfaction.

Manages activities relating to all workload on the Service Now query management system, including comprehensive notes and audit trails.

Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.

Proactively suggest ways to improve efficiency of reports

Maintain HR data tools, reporting and dashboards.

Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports using Workday.

Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by capturing, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.

Satisfy compliance requirements (e.g. Complete system reconciliations where needed, collect offline instructions in ServiceNow) with special attention to General Data Protection Rules (GDPR).

Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree in HR

Master’s degree in HR will be an added advantage

5-6 years of HR Process Experience

Excellent customer service skills

Understands and has a deep knowledge of HR policies, procedures

Ability to analyse, interpret and use data. Have a keen eye for detail, and a huge passion for maintaining accurate data.

Solid understanding of all components of the HR Operating Model

Ability to understand process principles and consistent application

Ability to build great relationships across all the SSC teams

Ensures agreed results and service levels are met to defined SLA’s

Reviews processes and provides feedback in order to assist in continuous process improvement

Ability to priorities effectively and balancing activating new queries with resolving existing one.

Demonstrates good judgement, diagnosing the requirements and need with skills and speed and identifying the appropriate response.
