Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and cooperating with market research team to identify potential clients. Gathering and analyzing data to determine market opportunities and potential target segments.

  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients or partners through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online research, and social media. Generating leads and building a business development pipeline.

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must possess strategic thinking skills to identify potential growth areas, assess market entry strategies, and align business development efforts with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • A solid understanding of business fundamentals, including financial concepts, market dynamics, and industry knowledge, is valuable.

  • Collaborative skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and effective coordination with different departments.



Qualification & Experience Required:

  • A master's degree in a related field such as business development, Marketing, Sales or related field.

  • He or she must posses at least one year of proven work experience with zeal to work with a fast growing start up. This can include internships, work experience in Business development, market research, or customer/client-facing positions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively interacting with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Experience in making presentations, delivering pitches, and preparing sales collateral is beneficial.
