About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager, Business Development to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.


- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.


- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.


- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support.


- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.


- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets. 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.


- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.


- In-depth understanding of sales processes and methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Master's degree in business administration (MBA).


- Experience in a specific industry or market. Certifications in sales or business development.
