Role & responsibilities
- Leads the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets .
- Manages the sales team, builds and maintains key client relationships, and analyzes market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.
- Senior role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in corporate sales, with a focus on long-term customer value and high-level business objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals to increase market share and profitability.
- Sales Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting ambitious goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a motivating work environment.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, high-value accounts, and strategic partners.
- Market Analysis:Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform business decisions and identify new sales avenues.
Performance Management:Set sales targets, monitor progress, and analyze data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales objectives.
Forecasting and Budgeting:Oversee the creation of sales forecasts, budgets, and resource plans for the sales department.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Proven Experience:Extensive experience in corporate sales with a strong understanding of corporate sales processes and deal structuring.
- Leadership:Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Strategic Vision:A long-term vision for scaling sales operations and driving sustained business growth.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to make informed decisions.
- Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed interpersonal skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Market Knowledge:A deep understanding of the company's market.

Corporate sales experience in Hospital is a must.
