As a comprehensive HRMS solution, they support workforce management from hiring and onboarding to payroll, upskilling, and services like vendor management and insurance. Their unified tech solution has transformed over 1,500 businesses across 500 locations in APAC, India, and GCC.


They are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager - Pre-sales who would be engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, would demonstrate how the company's products can meet those needs, and provide technical and strategic support throughout the sales process.


Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating connections and prospecting efforts.
  • Understanding business needs and requirements of prospects.
  • Creating and demonstrating the value of client’s products to prospects using business cases and ROI models.
  • Aligning with various stakeholders within the prospect's organization.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to advance deals and opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Engaging with prospects and customers on a regular basis.
  • Gathering requirements and qualify customers through systematic business analysis.
  • Presenting product demonstrations to C-Suite HR leaders and large enterprises.
  • Developing detailed cost-benefit and ROI business case models.
  • Strategizing and developing plans to outperform competitors and successfully close deals and opportunities.


To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Customer Success.
  • Practical experience with SaaS tools, with knowledge of the HCM tech industry being a plus.
  • Preferred 4 - 8 years of relevant experience.
  • MBA and / or undergraduate degree.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with CXO-level executives of large, mid-sized, and small companies.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a distributed delivery environment.
  • Demonstrates high integrity and credibility, as perceived by colleagues and clients.
  • Strong intellect with proficient commercial instincts.
  • Unwavering focus on achieving results and targets.
