- Generating favourable Specifications from the Mapped Architects, Builders, Designers and other key accounts.- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.- Close Coordination with Sales Team for Sales closure & high conversion ratio.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly motivated person with a proven track record of as a Business Development Manager- Specification in the premium building industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth. This includes identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

This individual should have a deep understanding of the building industry, market trends, and customer needs, enabling them to develop and execute effective strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue by promoting our premium products to Architects and building construction projects.
