Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

· Identify and target potential clients for contract staffing solutions.

· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Market Research and Analysis:

· Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to contract staffing.

· Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.

· Provide insights to the leadership team on market dynamics and potential areas for growth.

Sales Strategy Development:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.

· Identify cross-selling opportunities within upGrad Rekrut's suite of services.

Proposal Creation and Presentation:

· Prepare compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of upGrad Rekrut's contract staffing solutions.

· Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

· Address client inquiries and objections effectively.

Contract Negotiation:

· Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both upGrad Rekrut and the client.

· Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

· Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts.

· Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
