
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital products and services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Pitch digital solutions to C-level decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on client solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term value
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
