Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to increase company revenue, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients, and negotiating contracts. The role demands a proactive approach to networking and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Experience with Strategic Planning and Revenue Generation
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the sports, fitness, or leisure industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
