Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to identify new opportunities and drive growth in the Dubai market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and business opportunities are maximized.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for lead generation and prospecting.
- Sales & Negotiations: Oversee the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 69 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in Dubai market is a plus.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and sales strategy development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple business development activities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
