Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Rohini. The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales process, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating sales contracts. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, analyze sales metrics, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales management and strategy development
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends
  • Experience in the water management industry or related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
