IT & AV Product Sales Manager – Hardware & Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT & AV Product Sales Manager with expertise in hardware, IT infrastructure, and AV solutions. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, lead client acquisition, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of AV solutions, IT products, and hardware infrastructure across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, create sales pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and integrators to develop channel partnerships.
  • Present technical solutions, respond to RFPs and tenders, and manage project proposals.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales executives.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams for solution design.
  • Stay updated on AV & IT hardware trends, networking technologies, and automation solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of IT hardware and AV solutions sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, UC platforms, AV-over-IP, and hardware products.
  • Experience in B2B, government, or enterprise-level sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Dante Audio, AV matrix systems, Teams/Zoom Rooms.
  • Familiarity with IT procurement, tender documentation, and system integration projects.
  • Existing OEM/vendor network is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹65,720.03 per month
