Work Schedule :

Monday to Saturday: Work from Office

Sunday: Work from Home

(Note: 1 Sunday per month will require working from the office)

Week Off: 1 fixed weekday off

Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle soft calls with clients for coordination, follow-ups, and support
    • Manage and respond to daily email communications professionally and promptly
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using internal tools or CRM
    • Ensure smooth and timely client servicing and communication clearance
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
    • Be available on weekends, with Sunday WFH (except once a month from office)
    • Support occasional client calls based on requirements

Requirements:

    • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
    • Professional, organized, and client-oriented
    • Comfortable working on weekends with a weekday off as compensation
