We are looking for committed, deadline-driven Sales Manager to join our excellent Sales team for
our product ‘myCareerNext’; a game-changing EdTech platform designed to transform the learning
experience for both graduates and professionals. Our platform will be used by graduates and
professionals, both as individuals and part of colleges, universities, organizations, etc (B2C and B2B).
Job responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, schools, colleges and organizations- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our EdTech solutions.- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, campaigns, and lead generation activities.- Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, including pipeline management, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.- Provide feedback and market intelligence to internal teams to support product enhancements and improvements.- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
Skill requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in sales in the EdTech industry.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Demonstrated user growth exponentially.- Strong understanding of the education sector, with knowledge of the EdTech landscape and trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objective.- Share our enthusiasm of working in a start-up- Self-motivation to be able to work and learn independently in solving problems- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
