Key Responsibilities:


  • Student & Faculty Insights: Garner a deep understanding of the students’ and faculty experience with the app to identify areas of improvement and tailor communication
  • Value Proposition: Collaborate with the Product team to craft sharp consumer value propositions for specific features and app experiences
  • Marketing Communication Plans: Develop marketing plans to maximise awareness of new feature launches and app enhancements to increase adoption among existing Allen students
  • Faculty Advocacy: Develop and implement strategies to support faculty members in becoming champions of the app
  • Content Creation: Partner with the content & creative team to create engaging marketing communication and assets that deliver the consumer value proposition impactfully
  • Campaign Execution: Identify channels to deliver communication effectively
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key adoption metrics and adapt communication plans to address gaps and opportunities
  • Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing student & faculty feedback to continuously improve adoption and address any barriers to increased usage

  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive product usage and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • MBA with 6-8 years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Primary experience in Consumer Tech companies
