Role Overview:

The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving strategic expansion, revenue growth, and market penetration for the company's solar energy business . This role will focus on business development, partnerships, policy advocacy, and digital transformation to enhance customer acquisition and profitability in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Business Expansion

  • Formulate and execute growth strategies to scale the company's solar business across utility, C&I, and residential segments.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs to optimize offerings.
  • Lead geographical expansion initiatives , including domestic and international markets.

Revenue & Sales Growth

  • Develop and drive strategies for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention .
  • Work with the Sales & BD teams to achieve aggressive sales targets in EPC, IPP, and solar asset development.
  • Oversee pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and competitive benchmarking .

Strategic Partnerships & Policy Advocacy

  • Identify and establish strategic alliances, joint ventures, and collaborations with developers, utilities, corporates, and policymakers.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, regulatory meetings, and government interactions to influence favorable policies.
  • Strengthen supplier and channel partnerships to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Digital Transformation & Marketing

  • Leverage data analytics, AI-driven forecasting, and digital tools to optimize business growth.
  • Oversee branding, demand generation, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility.
  • Implement customer-centric solutions , such as financing models and innovative solar-as-a-service offerings.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing growth team , fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
