As a
Head of Organic Growth , you will be responsible for expanding our organic footprint and player liquidity across our web, m-web and m-apps without relying on paid marketing channels. You will be responsible for executing a broad module-led organic growth charter encompassing app store optimisation (ASO),
search engine optimisation (SEO) ,
referrals, communities, content marketing, offline partnerships and brand collaborations, social sharing, ORM and cross-sell and migration strategies. Your primary objective will be to increase organic impressions, reach and engagement to ultimately drive sustainable player acquisition and retention for all our games.

Key Responsibilities:
App Store Optimisation (ASO):
Develop and execute ASO strategies to maximise the visibility, discoverability, and conversion of our apps across app stores. Optimise metadata, conduct keyword research, monitor competitor activity and run A/B tests to improve traffic and conversions.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
Lead SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic to our websites and landing pages. Optimise content, backlinks, and technical SEO aspects to improve rankings, high-intent traffic and player acquisition.
Referral & Social Sharing:
Design and implement a robust referral program to encourage organic user growth. Enhance in-app social sharing features to leverage virality and network effects.
User Communities & Social Media:
Build and nurture vibrant gaming communities across platforms (Discord, Reddit, Telegram and Facebook Groups, etc.). Leverage social media marketing to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Content Marketing:
Develop and execute content strategies, including blogs, video-based educational content, and in-game storytelling to enhance user engagement and SEO performance.
Offline Partnerships & Brand Collaborations:
Strategic partnerships with brands and influencers across gaming and video categories, esports and other offline establishments to increase awareness and credibility.
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Monitor and manage brand perception across online platforms, responding to user feedback and fostering a positive brand image.
Cross-Sell & Migrations:
Develop organic strategies to drive players across different games within our ecosystem, optimising user journeys and increasing lifetime value.
Qualifications: .
5-10 years of experience in organic growth, digital marketing, brand and performance Marketing, preferably in gaming, D2C and consumer tech industry.
Proven track record of driving organic user growth, engagement and revenue through ASO, SEO, referrals, content marketing, referrals and social sharing constructs.
Expertise in ASO tools (e.g., Apptweak, Sensor Tower, Google Play Console) and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and implement growth strategies accordingly.
Experience in building and scaling user communities and leveraging social media for brand amplification and organic impressions.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and analytics teams to drive business impact.
Passion for gaming, player behaviour insights, and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication, leadership and project management skills.
