About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in specific geographic regions. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire sales team, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with overall sales strategies.

Requirements
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing from a premier college.
  • Proven experience in leading both field/institutional and inside sales teams.
  • Strong passion for selling and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to drive target orientation within the team and align them with organizational goals.

You will work closely with the business head to identify new market opportunities and drive continuous revenue growth. You will also implement and use analytics to track sales trends, ensuring sales teams effectively use CRM systems to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
