As our US Market Growth Executive (BDR), you'll be the pioneer in scaling AuthBridge's footprint across the United States. You'll be the first touch for prospects, identifying, qualifying, and steering conversations-fueling our US growth engine.What You'll DoScout and prospect new U.S. enterprise accounts across verticals (HR, FinTech, RegTech, SaaS)Conduct discovery calls, demos, and qualification to hand off high-potential leads to Account ExecutivesBuild and execute a territory plan with focused outreach (cold, email, social, events)Partner with Marketing & Product to localize messaging, campaigns, and collaterals for U.S. audienceTrack and optimize metrics: pipeline volume, conversion rates, response rates, deal velocityBecome an evangelist for AuthBridge's trust, compliance, and security story.What You Bring1-3 years of inside sales, business development, or SDR experience (preferably in B2B SaaS)Experience selling to U.S. enterprises (or a strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics & decision cycles)Strong self-starter with hustle mindset-comfortable working independently
