Role & responsibilities
Help Desk Team Lead to manage a team of customer support executives. This team is responsible for executing outbound and inbound calls including Birthday and Anniversary greetings, feedback, promotional campaigns, and service-related support. The ideal candidate will drive team performance while ensuring high-quality customer interactions aligned with Khazana's brand experience.
Team leadership & Operations
Customer calling activities
Quality & Process adherence
Reporting & Insights
Cross-functional collaboration
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with at least 6 to 10 years of Customer support and 2 years in lead or Supervisory role.
Should be able to converse fluently in Tamil, Telugu, and English.
Knowledge of Cloud telephony platforms (Knowlarity, Exotel), Call tracking systems, and MS Excel.
Required Skills:
Strong Leadership and People management skills
Proficient in Salesforce CRM or other Helpdesk platforms
Excellent verbal communication and problem solving abillities
Familiar with Customer centric calling etiquette, especially for greetings, and relationship building.
