*About the Role*

We are seeking a *Sales Operations Manager* to drive and scale Luxora Experiences' digital sales operations. The role involves streamlining sales processes, leading a team, and ensuring consistent growth in the medical tourism sector.

*Key Responsibilities*


•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales processes tailored to digital lead generation and conversion.


•⁠ ⁠Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.


•⁠ ⁠Build, mentor, and manage a sales operations team.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing, operations, and healthcare partners to optimize conversions.


•⁠ ⁠Drive adoption of CRM tools and ensure accurate tracking of patient/customer journeys.


•⁠ ⁠Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve sales efficiency.

*Requirements*


•⁠ ⁠5–7 years of experience in sales operations or digital sales leadership.


•⁠ ⁠Prior exposure to healthcare, travel, or service industries preferred.


•⁠ ⁠Strong experience in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).


•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to manage and scale teams.


•⁠ ⁠Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
